Elsa Resort is a private lakeside resort located in the peaceful countryside of Western Finland, surrounded by forests and the shores of Lake Ikkeläjärvi. Built around our family home and run as a family business, the resort reflects our passion for hospitality, local traditions and creating meaningful experiences.

Social Food is Elsa Resort's signature dining concept that brings people together around shared meals. Carefully prepared from local, seasonal Finnish ingredients, the menu is served family-style to encourage conversation, connection and a relaxed dining experience. Designed for both private celebrations and corporate events, Social Food turns a meal into a social experience where food, people and atmosphere meet.
GEOfood celebrates the unique flavours of the Lauhanvuori-Hämeenkangas Geopark region. The menu showcases ingredients grown, produced and gathered within the local area, reflecting the landscape, geology and traditions of South Ostrobothnia. Served in a shared dining style, GEOfood offers guests an authentic taste of the region while connecting local food, nature and community.
